Core Principles

You don't have to suffer

Psychotherapy is a life-enhancing exploration that uncovers conversations and patterns that get in the way of having a fulfilling life.

No regrets

I’m committed to people being able to relate to each other with love and respect, in a way that avoids regrets.

Here for you

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Quality care

I’m dedicated to my own rigorous ongoing personal and professional growth so that you receive the best of care.

What to expect

We’ll connect in an online meeting, each from a space where we can speak confidentially.

You don’t need to have worked with a therapist before… or even have confidence that it will work.

I will partner with you to achieve the life that you want. You’ll let me know what you care about, what brought you to therapy, and what you want in your life. Then, together, we’ll explore those areas by discussing your experiences, choices, and actions. Through this inquiry, we’ll gain insights and awareness that will lead to new conversations, interpretations, and actions.

I will be compassionate, respectful, and trustworthy. I value direct speech and humor, so we’ll laugh together at times.

I offer free 20 minute consultations, and I'd love to meet you. In the consultation, we’ll talk about what you’re looking to get out of counseling, and about how we’ll work together and how often we might meet. You’ll finish the consultation with a sense of what it’s like for us to work together.
